Usually same week, often same day. You pick an arrival window rather than an exact minute — that lets us route the Pit Crew efficiently and still arrive inside the window you chose.
No. You can book as a guest with your name, email, and mobile number. After you book, verify your number or email to see the appointment in your account. Signing in first lets you reuse the cars and places you've saved.
Not if you choose a key handoff that doesn't need you. At checkout you pick how the Pit Crew gets your keys: in person, in the gas cap door, or at a front desk or with a valet. You can add a note for anything else.
Yes. Cancel from the appointment in your account. Free to cancel any time before your Pit Crew starts the service. Nothing is charged for a cancelled Oili. Once a Pit Crew is assigned, you can ask them to move your Oili to another day. Your booking stays as it is until they accept. Before a Pit Crew is assigned, cancel and book a new time instead.
Each Oili service takes about 15–20 minutes, and the Pit Crew arrives within the arrival window you selected.
You choose at checkout: hand them to the tech, leave them in the gas cap door, or leave them at a front desk or with a valet. Add a note if there's anything the Pit Crew should know.
Driveways, office lots, apartment garages, and most street parking. We need enough room to open the doors and work safely, and permission to be there. Underground garages with low clearance are the one common no.
The tech notes it in your service summary with a photo where it helps. We don't sell repairs at the curb — you decide what to do with the information.
Full synthetic, matched to your manufacturer's specification, with a premium filter for your make and model. The price stays the same however much oil your engine takes.
Enter the license plate and state while you book or in your garage, plus the year, make and model if we can't find the plate. Add as many vehicles as you like to your garage.
Diesel, yes. Hybrids, yes. Fully electric vehicles have no oil to change, so there's nothing for us to do yet.
$99 plus tax for gas and hybrid vehicles, $149 plus tax for diesel. One fixed price, no quotes, no surprises. Tax depends on your service address, and the total, tax included, appears before you confirm.
Only once the service is complete. Your card is saved at checkout so nothing changes hands at the curb, but nothing is charged until the tech closes the job.
Credit and debit cards. Add a card at checkout or choose one you've saved; it's charged only once the service is complete.

A partner lot where a Pit Crew is already stationed. Park, hand off your keys, and walk away. When you're signed in, nearby Pit Stops appear as you choose where to meet the Pit Crew.
